[Thaïlande] AstraZeneca to manufacture 200 mln anti-COVID vaccine doses in Thailand, says virologist

AstraZeneca, a British-Swedish pharmaceutical company, will produce 200 million doses of its anti-coronavirus vaccine in Thailand next year with the help of Siam Bioscience, director of Thailand’s National Vaccine Institute Dr. Nakorn Premsri, said in an interview with TASS.

“AstraZeneca is hiring the Thai company Siam Bioscience to produce the vaccine,” he explained. “The capacity will be 200 million doses of the vaccine per year. The Thai government has reserved 26 million doses for itself. This is the first batch of the vaccine to be available in May or June 2021.”

According to Dr. Premsri, from 5 million to 10 million people can be vaccinated in Thailand per month.

Certification de qualité par l’OMS des kits de test virologique Covid-19 produits au Vietnam : les tests PCR élaborés par l’Institut de recherche du service des armées répondent aux normes internationales ; ils ont été rendus publiques le 5 mars 2020, avaient reçu l’autorisation de vente en Grande Bretagne, donc dans l’Union Européenne, à la mi-avril et ont été exportés vers, entre autres, les Pays Bas, la Pologne, l’Ukraine, le Cambodge. Des travaux sont en cours concernant la production de réactifs pour des tests rapides de recherche d’anticorps selon la technique ELISA.
