Selon une étude de Dr. Miyasaka (宮坂昌之), une corrélation peut être constatée entre l’inoculation du vaccin BCG (bilié de Calmette et Guérin) contre certaines souches de tuberculose et le volume de décès liés au covid-19, dans un rapport de 1 à 1800, sans que le vaccin n’empêche cependant les contaminations.

The experiences of health-care providers during the COVID-19 crisis in China: a qualitative study

In the early stages of the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Hubei, China, the local health-care system was overwhelmed. Physicians and nurses who had no infectious disease expertise were recruited to provide care to patients with COVID-19. To our knowledge, no studies on their experiences of combating COVID-19 have been published. We aimed to describe the experiences of these health-care providers in the early stages of the outbreak.

Early Transmissibility Assessment of a Novel Coronavirus in Wuhan, China

Between December 1, 2019 and January 26, 2020, nearly 3000 cases of respiratory illness caused by a novel coronavirus originating in Wuhan, China have been reported. In this short analysis, we combine publicly available cumulative case data from the ongoing outbreak with phenomenological modeling methods to conduct an early transmissibility assessment. Our model suggests that the basic reproduction number associated with the outbreak (at time of writing) may range from 2.0 to 3.1. Though these estimates are preliminary and subject to change, they are consistent with previous findings regarding the transmissibility of the related SARS-Coronavirus and indicate the possibility of epidemic potential.
