[Viêt Nam] Covid-19/Vietnam: réaction vigoureuse suite à des foyers de contamination d’origine locale

Le 28 janvier 2021, le Ministère de la Santé annonce coup sur coup le signalement de 2 cas de Covid-19 d’origine locale (les premiers depuis plus de 50 jours), et ultérieurement le dépistage de 82 cas liés à ces 2 cas: respectivement 72 et 11 cas dépistés dans les provinces de Hai Duong (située entre Hanoi et Haiphong) et Quang Ninh.
