Ce lundi 9 août voit l’entrée en vigueur du passe sanitaire. Cette décision résulte d’une réflexion sur l’évolution des stratégies, envisagées ou déployées dans le cadre de la lutte contre la Covid-19. Le sujet n’est pas nouveau. Dès 1999, un groupe d’experts américains du Centers for Disease Control and Prevention identifiait plusieurs scénarios en fonction du type d’agents infectieux.
