[Japon] Japan to ease entry rules for business travelers and returnees

Starting in November, Japan will conditionally exempt business travelers and returnees from the 14-day quarantine policy, which was imposed on all arrivals from overseas to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus, government officials announced Friday.
